Ingredients

Potatoes

Red Chilli Powder
1 Tablespoon
Salt
to taste
Cinnamon leaves (few)
White oil
to fry
Sauce or tomato ketchup for garnishing

Steps

  1. Boil the potatoes , smash them .
  2. Mix them with finely shredded onions and chopped green chillies with a dash of salt, cinnamon leaves.
  3. Soak the individual bread slices in water .
  4. Put the mixture within it and mould them in spheroidal rolls.
  5. Fry them in white oil until they are crispy
  6. serve with tomato ketchup, chilli sauce
